THE AGREEMENT: The use of services, products, applications & any other resources provided by the Enstrapp IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. are subject to the following Terms and Conditions, all parts and the sub-parts of which are specifically incorporated by references here. Following are the terms of service governing your use ofour website,services, products, applications, data& any other resources or materialsprovided through our website, any app stores or cloud platforms either directly or indirectly.

By accessing either directly or indirectly, the website, and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “services” and agree to be bound by the terms of service including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These terms of service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation vendors, buyers, customers, merchants, browsers and/or contribution of content.

The Parties Referred To In These Terms Of Service Shall Be Defined As Follows:

• The owner, as the creator, provider & seller, makes the products, services, materials & data available to users. Enstrapp, Owners, Us, We, Ours and other first-person pronouns will refer to the owners, as well as all employees and affiliates of the owner.
• As a user of our products, services, materials & data,you will be referred to throughout these terms of service with second person pronouns such as user. For the purpose of these terms of service, the use shall mean any natural or legal person who person is accessing our products, services, materials & data.

By using our products, services, materials & data, you warrant that you have read and reviewed these terms of services and that you agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Services, please exit immediately. The owner only agrees to provide use of our products, services, materials & datato you if you assent to these terms of service. Further based on the products/services/materials/data obtained by the user, additional terms and conditions in respect of the specific cases like sales, re-sales, maintenance, demos, trails etc may apply, which shall be deemed and agreement between the users and the owner.

Enstrapp retains, on all copies of our products/services/materials/data, full &all copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary& legallicenses.

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Enstrapp or any of our subsidiaries will grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access products/services/materials/datathereon.

You agree not to use our products/services/materials/datafor any unlawful purpose, or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use products/services/materials/data in any way that could damage general business, reputation, brand & finances of the owner.

You Agree Not To Undertake Any Of The Following Actions:

• Reverse engineering, or attempt to reverse engineer or disassemble, modify any code or software from our products/services/materials/data.
• Not modify our products/services/materials/datain any way nor reproduce or display, perform, or distribute or otherwise use them for any public or commercial purpose
• Violate the security of our products/services/materials/datathrough any unauthorized access, circumvention of encryption or other security tool, data mining or interface to any host, user or network.

The owner may, from time to time and at any time without notice to you, modify these terms of service. You agree that the owner has the right to modify these terms of service or revise anything contained herein. You further agree that all modifications to these terms of service are in full force and effect immediately upon posting on the website and that modifications or variations will replace any prior version of these terms of service, unless prior versions are specifically referred to or incorporated into the latest modification or variation of these terms of services.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to any and all use of this website. This agreement supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, written or oral, regarding the use of this website.

Through your use of website and our products/services/materials/data, you agree that the laws of the India shall govern any matter or dispute relating to or arising out these terms and services, as well as any dispute of any kind that may arise between you and the owner, with exception of its conflict of law provisions. In case any litigation specifically permitted under these terms of services is initiated, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, India. You here by waive the right to any objection of venue, including assertion of the doctrine of forum non convenience or similar doctrine.

In the event that we fail to enforce any provision of these terms of service, this shall not constitute a waiver of any further enforcement of that provision or of any other provision. Waiver of any part or sub-part of these terms of service will not constitute a waiver of any other part or sub-part.
